Thank you for registering to attend the Second International Conference on Underground Mining Technology Hybrid Event, to be held online, and as an in-person event in Perth, Western Australia for delegates able to attend within Covid-19 restrictions.

Please note that registration for this event is for online attendance only, unless you are located within Western Australia and able to attend the in-person event in Perth. Due to Covid-19, Australian borders are currently closed to all international travellers, and Western Australian borders are closed to the remainder of Australia. Until the Australian Government advises of changes, the ACG will host this event in its online format for those who cannot attend in Perth, Western Australia. The ACG will provide updated registration information, should this change.

Online Attendees

Once registered, the ACG will send you the link to login to the Online Event. You will be required to enter your email address to gain access.

The programme content is available on-demand until 1 November 2021.

To enable your participation in the UMT 2020 Online Event, please ensure the system you will be accessing the online event from meets the system requirements.

Minimum requirements to access from a desktop or laptop:

  • Linux: Ubuntu 12.04/Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4

Please note viewing the Online Event presentations whilst connected to a VPN or slow network connection may prevent the presentations from running smoothly on your system.

If you will be accessing the Online Event from your company’s network or VPN, we suggest contacting your IT department to ask if there is a firewall in place which may block your access.

Car Parking

The closest car parks to the venue are P15, which is at the marked Fairway Entrance 3, and P21 is directly opposite. ACG staff can provide daily parking coupons for use in Red Zone parking bays.

City of Perth paid street parking is also available along Fairway.

Laptops/electronic devices

You are welcome to bring your laptop or other electronic device with you.


Onsite registration will be open on the morning of the event, at EZONE Central Learning Studios 1.05 and 1.06, The University of Western Australia.
